Ir Allen Yeung has extensive experience in the ICT field. He held BSEE from the University of Texas at Austin, MSEE from Purdue University and Executive MBA from HKUST-Kellogg Northwestern University.

As GCIO, his responsibilities include formulating ICT policies and strategies; leading the E-government programmes; promoting and developing ICT industry as key business and economy driver; and bridging the digital divide.

Prior to joining the Government in July 2015, Ir Yeung was the Chief Corporate Development Officer of the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation. Ir Yeung started his career in 1987 in the Silicon Valley, working for many hi-tech companies. In 1995, he relocated to Hong Kong to further his career development, and served in several senior management positions for multinational enterprises and Hong Kong listed companies.

Ir Yeung has contributed significantly in promoting and developing the innovation and technology industry in Hong Kong and the region. He has served on many councils and advisory committees in the ICT industry associations, business angel networks, engineer professional bodies, as well as educational institutions.

Harrison Lung, Associate Partner, Business Technology Office, McKinsey & Company.

Harrison Lung is an Associate Partner in the Hong Kong Office of McKinsey and Company. Harrison works with C level executives in Asia, particularly CIOs and CTOs, in the areas of IT and network. His recent McKinsey experience mainly focuses on the telecom sector in Asian emerging markets, particularly in the operations and technology domains, leading projects in areas like IT strategy and organization, architecture, application development and maintenance to infrastructure, including cyber and network security.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Mr. Lung worked in New York City at the global management and technology consulting firm Accenture, where he advised numerous Fortune 500 and Global 2000 clients in a broad range of industries, with engagements ranging from telecommunications and media, pharmaceuticals, utilities, chemical products and public service, particularly pertaining to mobile technology strategy and solution execution.

Before Accenture, Harrison held several assignments in Toronto, Canada. He was an IT architect at Bell Mobility (Canada) and Sprint Canada (now part of Rogers Communications).

Mr. Lung received his MBA degree from Cornell University and is a graduate of the University of Waterloo's Bachelor of Applied Science program (Computer Engineering, minor in Management Science). He is also a licensed Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) in the Province of Ontario (Canada).

Kok-Tin is a partner within PwC's Risk Assurance practice with over 12 years of experience in IT governance, cyber security strategy and framework, cyber security governance, security management, IT risk, technology architecture and ethical hacking.

Kok-Tin is extremely well versed in developing a holistic cyber security strategy, banking technology risk management guidelines and technical review tools. He is also one of the co-author of many technology risk management guidelines issued by the financial regulator in Asia.

Kok-Tin is a Certified Chartered Account (CCA), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).

Geoff has over 25 years of experience in Information Technology and Telecommunications (IT&T), having held senior roles or consulting extensively across a number of industry sectors - notably in Telecommunications, Petroleum, IT, Finance, Defence, Retail and Hospitality. Always having a strong technology focus, Geoff has held traditional IT&T staff roles as well as broader R&D, strategic marketing and corporate planning positions.

His career has taken him from Australia, to the UK, the USA and several locations in Asia. Today he is a well-respected technology advisor to several of Asia’s largest companies, especially in the areas of IT strategy, security and governance. He continues, as he has since 1997, to work extensively with the Jardine Matheson Group, one of world’s oldest and largest diversified business groups with some 400,000 colleagues, principally in Asia.

Geoff is an Australian, married with two adult children and lives in Hong Kong. He holds a MBA with a Finance major from the University of Technology, Sydney and is a Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers [MIEEE], a Senior Member of the Australian Computer Society [MACS(Snr)] and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors [FAICD].

Gabriel has over 15 years’ experience in cyber security and technology risk management, specialising in the banking and financial industry. His current responsibility in ABN AMRO is to manage the information security risk exposure in the Greater China region, including the security control governance, risk assessment, information security risk management and cyber threat response. Prior to his current role, Gabriel served as the cyber forensic investigator for Bank of America Merrill Lynch and before that he was the regional lead of the ethical hacking team for JP Morgan. Gabriel first started his career as a system and network specialist in Bank of China (HK).

Gabriel received a Master of Computer Science from University of Hong Kong. He is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) since 2001, and is also certified in other security area such as computer hacking, digital forensic and information security management.

Over 20 years of IT experience in Financial Service Industry that spans across a diversified IT management disciplines including regional and location management, IT and security architecture, distributed computing engineering, technology infrastructure operation, outsourcing/in-sourcing management, IT risk management and technology audit.

Mr. Lim Shih Hsien is currently heading the information security function of the Hong Kong Jockey Club (HKJC). He is responsible for the development and implementation of its information security roadmap, and for ensuring the HKJC¡¦s information security polices, standards, guidelines and processes are appropriately enhanced, communicated, and applied. He is also tasked to identify new technology risks and ensure that effective mitigation measures are implemented.

Frank has been working in the Hong Kong Police Force since 1998, and has been involved in technology crime related policing since 2001. Frank is now the head of Cyber Security Centre for the Hong Kong Police Force, in charge of three teams concerning the areas of cyber attack responses. Outside of the Hong Kong Police Force, he is currently the President of the High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA) Asia Pacific Chapter.

Frank has been responsible for facilitating IT crime investigation and computer forensics training programs on behalf of the Interpol Expert Group on IT Crime (Asia and South Pacific), and has led regional training programs in Korea, Japan, Australia, Thailand and Fiji. He has also delivered presentations at many international computer crime related conferences. In 2009, he has been awarded with the "Information Security Leadership Award" by (ISC)2 in recognition of his outstanding leadership and achievements in workforce improvement of information security professionals in the Asia-Pacific region.

Frank is a CISSP and holds a PhD in Computer Science. His research interests include live systems forensics, digital forensics and digital timestamp analysis.

Shane Read is the CISO for Noble Resources Limited based in Hong Kong. Prior to this he has been with the Australian Federal Government for the past 15 years, predominantly within the Department of Defense undertaking the role of their Information Systems Security Officer. His passion in the industry is broad, and while now he favors building the Boardroom’s understand of InfoSec delivering the overall program, his real excitement is playing with new and emerging technologies. He feels the key to InfoSec is in understanding your data, the protections you can employ on that data (CIA&NR) and being able to continue build your cyber maturity. “If you don’t understand your own networks and external connections you are not placing yourself well to understand an attack”.

Shane hold a Masters of Policing, Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism from Macquarie University.

Anna Gamvros is a technology and innovation partner based in Hong Kong. Anna is co-author to Internet Law in Hong Kong published by Sweet & Maxwell and is recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers Asia as a leading individual for her expertise in the area of technology and data protection, in particular for her "extensive IT transactional work" and experience across a number of industries, notably with retail and luxury brands.Anna's practice focuses primarily on technology and communications related issues. She advises clients on licensing and technology agreements, outsourcing, privacy and data protection, and telecommunications and Internet regulatory issues. She has assisted clients with Hong Kong and China based projects and well as having a wealth of experience in multi-jurisdictional projects, particularly in implementing e-commerce and data management projects in Asia.

Anna is the Chair of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) KnowledgeNet Chapter in Hong Kong and sits on the Hong Kong Government Working Group on the Provision and Use of Cloud Services. She is admitted as a solicitor in Queensland, Australia and Hong Kong.

With more than 20 years of experience in the networking industry, CF is a veteran in designing, implementing, and supporting highly available network systems and solutions. In this current role with Arbor Networks, apart from actively involved in the global research projects, CF works closely with customers in the Asia Pacific region to develop and optimize approaches for their network security solution to ensure optimal deployment and best customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining Arbor Networks, CF had held different regional positions in pre- and post-sales roles for various large core routing and switching vendors. His expertise lies mainly in the areas of Internet routing technology, network threat detection and network visibility solutions.

CF is based in Hong Kong and holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Poly University in Hong Kong.

As a Regional Sales Engineer for APJ, Bernie is an enterprise focused technical sales professional who provide high-level pre sales support and guidance to customers, and in collaboration with sales managers and solution partners, design and recommend world class Next Generation Endpoint Security solution offerings. Bernie has over a decade of information security experience from pre-sales roles at FireEye, Cisco Systems and Fortinet. Bernie graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Queensland in Australia.

Garrick Ng is the Head of Systems Engineering for Cisco Hong Kong and Macau, leading Cisco’s Enterprise and Commercial systems engineering strategy and operations in these markets. Bringing to the company more than two decades of technical and business experience in the ICT industry, Garrick is well-known as a passionate, innovative and forward-looking leader in the field. Garrick joined Cisco in 2007, contributing since then to many notable achievements in developing turnkey cross-architecture solutions to best align with customers’ business needs and goals.

Prior to joining Cisco, Garrick was the Director of Business Development and Technical Operation of BPI, managing the advanced development of mobile accessories and mobile application platform. Before that, he was the CTO of Wisespot, where he innovated the world-first music ring tone for GSM mobile network, creating a whole new business model for the mobile industry.

Garrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the New York University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the Cooper Union. He also holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Columbia University in the US. Garrick is dedicated to contributing his expertise in the ICT field to the community. He is the Committee Member of the Hong Kong Computer Society Information Security Special Interest Group (ISSIG).

Connie Lin is the Manager of Consulting and Services Delivery at CITIC Telecom CPC, where her main role is managing the consulting and services delivery team of Cloud & Security Services to analyze clients’ business needs, deliver professional consulting services, and advise them on their security issues on cloud and network infrastructure. Her clients spanning a wide range of industries from public sector to financial industries.

Prior to joining CITIC Telecom CPC, Connie was with PwC and Deloitte, providing various IT security consulting services. She has solid experiences in handling large-scale projects of multinational financial institutes, universities, and large scale research enterprises.

Ms. Lin holds a Bachelor Degree of Communication from The Shenzhen University and a Master Degree of Science in Telecommunication from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She also holds different professional qualifications such as CISSP, CISA, and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.

Harjith Prabhakaran has 13 years experience in the Asia Pacific IT Industry. As current Product Director of Exabeam, he is responsible for driving sales, establishing channel relationships and growing Asia Pacific and Japan’s customer base.

Prior to Exabeam, Harjith worked with Imperva for 5 years, and brought with him a depth of consulting and solutions experience in Security. In his role with Imperva, Harjith headed the pre-­-sales team for Asia and focused on strategic accounts, helping customers protect themselves against data security threats.

Harjith holds a Masters degree in Computer Applications from Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Medical and Technological Sciences.

Nick Ng is the Team Lead of the Consultant team for Fortinet Hong Kong and Macau region. He has more than 10 years consulting experience in the network security industry.

He currently manages the pre-sales engineering team in Hong Kong and provides security consulting to large and strategic accounts in the region.

Prior to Fortinet, he was working in security distributor handling market leading Security solution. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Information Engineering at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master of Science in Professional Accounting & Corporate Governance at the City University of Hong Kong.

Mr. Wong Loke Yeow is the Director of Enterprise Security at Singtel where he leads the Enterprise Security Professional Services Consulting team, as well as the Security Solutioning and Pre-sales teams, and drives strategic cyber security engagements and advisory services with key customers.

Mr Wong had accumulated over 20 years of experience in information and cyber security, and held various senior leadership positions the field which included Head of Asia Pacific Security Operations at Deutsche Bank AG (1997 to 2003); Asia Pacific Security Evangelist and Director of Product Management at Cybertrust Verizon Business (2003 to 2007); APJ Director of Security Solutions at Oracle (2007 to 2009), and Regional Director of Strategic Alliances and Regional Cyber Security Spokesperson at Hewlett Packard (2009 to 2013).

Mr Wong started his IT career in 1992 with the Republic of Singapore Police Force (RSPF) as an Inspector of Police (NS) and Project Officer for the Singapore Police computerisation projects. Subsequently, Mr. Wong joined the Singapore National Computer Board in 1994 where he was an IT Architect involved in the pioneering projects of the Singapore IT2000 Masterplan, before leaving the Public Sector to join Deutsche Bank AG in 1997.

Aside from his work commitments, Mr. Wong also served as an advocate for the IT industry, as an executive committee member of the Singapore InfoComm Technology Federation (SiTF) from 2003 to 2010, during which he spent the last 3 years (2007 to 2010) serving as Chairman of the Security and Governance Chapter, as well as an Executive Council Member of the SiTF.

Paul Pang is the Chief Security Strategist, APAC and Japan of Splunk with more than 16 years expertise in IT security and networking technology.

Paul has extensive experiences on SIEM technology and has led more than 20 SOC (Security Operation Center) and MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider) customer projects in Asia. Prior to Splunk, Paul was the Director of Sales Engineering of Arcsight Asia Pacific and Japan.

Paul is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) since 2000, and an ISO27001 instructor.

Paul holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from City University of Hong Kong and a Master Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Chinese University of Hong Kong.

As Tenable ’s VP of Strategy, Matt is responsible for developing long-term strategies for messaging, new market entries and product development to meet the emerging needs of Tenable ’s customers across the globe. An information security and compliance veteran with 20+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions in direct support of business objectives, Matt came to Tenable from RSA, where he led product strategy and messaging for Archer. Before RSA, he was responsible for enhancements to the SaaS platform and Policy Compliance solution at Qualys, where he also co-authored and published Policy Compliance for Dummies. Matt was the founder and CTO at ControlPath, where he and co-inventor Sean Molloy were issued United States Patent 7,788,150: Method for assessing risk in a business.
