Mr. Rajiv Biswas, Asia-Pacific Chief Economist, IHS Global Insight is responsible for overseeing the macroeconomic forecasts and analysis for Asia-Pacific. Previously, Biswas was South-East Asia Director for The Economist Group. He also previously served as Executive Director for Asia-Pacific Country Risk for UBS and prior to that as Director in the Economic Research Department of UBS, focusing on the regional and global economy, country risk and international public policy. His previous experience includes having worked as Senior Economist in the International Finance and Capital Markets Department of the Commonwealth Secretariat, Senior Economist at QIC Fund Management and as an international economist at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Michael serves Vendor Strategy Professionals; he is a leader of software industry and cloud computing research and consulting. His team creates market intelligence about future trends in enterprise software, especially in the growth markets of Asia Pacific.
Michael joined Forrester through its acquisition of Springboard Research. Prior to Springboard, he led software infrastructure research in Asia Pacific for Gartner, advising large organizations on strategies for sourcing, implementing, and managing enterprise applications and software technologies. He previously conducted software research and implementation at Meta Group, Hurwitz Group, and Prudential Insurance.

Mr. Daryl Pereira Director - Management Consulting KPMG
Daryl Pereira is a Director in the Management Consulting group at KPMG Singapore focusing on the Financial Services industry. He is also the current President of ISACA Singapore, the professional association for IT audit, security and governance practitioners with over 98,000 members globally.
Daryl has 16 years experience in IT consulting and banking technology. He previously worked at Deutsche Bank in a global role as the Program Governance Manager & Head of Project Management Office for Global Banking IT and Capital Markets overseeing a €170M portfolio of programs and projects. Prior to this, Daryl was the Regional COO Business Manager for Investment Banking IT Asia-Pacific at Deutsche Bank. Mr. Victor Keong Partner, Management Consulting KPMG
Victor is a Partner in the Performance & Technology group in KPMG Singapore. He joined KPMG after spending 18 years in North America with Deloitte, where he was Deloitte’s Global Leader for Vulnerability Management Services. He was appointed to the Americas Advisory Board of International Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC)2 in 2004. Victor currently is an advisory board member for SCIPP International, a global non-profit organization that delivers information security awareness training and certification programs for enterprises throughout the world. Victor also leads KPMG’s emerging technology advisory practice, and lead KPMG’s efforts in cloud computing security consulting services.
Victor’s wide spectrum of Information Security experiences include directed several large scale enterprise-wide deployment of secure IT infrastructure, addressing management, high availability as well as secure perimeter defences. Technologies deployed included leading products/solution sets in firewalls, intrusion detection systems, content filtering devices, anti-virus technologies, data loss protection, cloud, as well as implementing leading solutions in the Security Information and Event Management space.

Mr. Dirk Sibiet Country Technology Officer Singapore - UAE ABN AMRO Bank N.V.
I am currently the CTO for ABN AMRO Singapore and UAE and I have been with ABN AMRO Bank in various roles for the last 27 years.
Prior to moving into the current role I was the Global Market Data Systems technology manager in ABN AMRO for 10 years followed by a regional program management and service roles in Europe and Asia.
As part of the carve up of old ABN AMRO and creation of the new ABN AMRO in 2009 I was the program manager for the separation from RBS of the ABN AMRO Private Banking Asia business unit and designed and implemented the new IT infrastructure environment in Asia based on a application virtualised environment.
In 2010 I received the Finalist award of the NetApp Innovation Awards - Individual section for the architecture design and program execution of the ABN AMRO Private banking separation program.
Mr. Ian Rae CIO, Asia Pacific, Europe and America ANZ
Ian’s role as CIO is to collaborate with the APEA businesses to achieve competitive technology-enabled business outcomes. He is the key point of contact between the businesses and the Group Technology business units.
Ian is based in Singapore and joined ANZ in January 2011 as General Manager Segment Delivery Institutional and moved into the CIO APE&A role in September 2011. Prior to joining ANZ, Ian was Chief Information Officer for RBS in Asia Pacific where he integrated the RBS and ABN AMRO technology teams, delivered regional platform changes and delivered operational efficiencies for the Global Banking & Markets business.
Ian has 30 years of technology experience in financial services (in London until 2006) working primarily for financial markets/investment banking firms such as RBS, ABN AMRO, ING Barings, Bankers Trust, NatWest Markets and UBS.

Vip Samarakoon is the Managing Director of TSG Asia Pacific for The Bank of New York Mellon, based in Singapore. He is responsible for the strategic, tactical and operational leadership of a regional technology team focused on the delivery of state-of-the-art infrastructure and services that are designed to be business-enabling, scalable and secure. Vip has over 15 years of experience in Information Technology and has held regional leadership roles of increasing accountability and scope since 2004.
Prior to joining The Bank of New York Mellon, Vip was the Performance Delivery manager for Michelin Asia Pacific, focused on IT service delivery, operations and performance enhancement of one of the world’s largest IT outsourcing contracts. Before Michelin, he was the Regional Head of Service Delivery for Becton Dickinson, managing a team dispersed over 12 countries and responsible for regional infrastructure, operations, service delivery and global service management.
He started his technology career with HP Australia in technical support. This was followed by BASF Australia/NZ in progressive roles ranging from data centre administration, business analysis and project management before expatriating to Singapore as a regional project manager involved in the creation of the company’s inaugural Shared Service Centre.

Derek Schneidt has twenty-eight years of experience in the Information Security Industry and he has focused on security in large financial organizations since 1996. Derek has managed Information Security, Computer Operations, Risk Management and Business Continuity functions as well as IT Compliance (SOx), Program Management and Strategic Planning functions in large technical and business environments.
Derek’s career in Information Security began in 1984 with the US Air Force performing work with classified and encrypted communications. Ratikant is a Director in technology at Citigroup. He is currently responsible for Online banking platform across 30+ countries within Citigroup International. In his current role, he oversees conceptualization, development and deployment of various consumer facing online banking solutions.
Prior to that he led the delivery of an industry standard Business Intelligence platform for consumer bank spanning areas such as Sales & Marketing; Performance management, RISK and Compliance management. Mr. Niguel Brooks SVP, Head Architecture and Infrastructure Singapore Exchange
Mr Brooks joined the Singapore Exchange (SGX) in January 2009 as a Senior Vice President and Head of Architecture and Infrastructure. His responsibilities include identifying and implementing strategic and transformational initiatives as well as, the management responsibility for IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, Telecommunications and Data Centres.
Prior to the SGX, Niguel was a senior manager within Markets Technology Group at the Australian Securities Exchange's (ASX). He was responsible for the technical development and management of the Integrated Securities and Derivatives Trading System (ITS), the 24-hour Future's trading system (SICOM) and a software development team. Throughout his 11 year tenure he played a key role in the evolution of electronic trading within the Australian financial markets.

Prior to this, Justin served as a consultant with KPMG and Arthur Andersen providing security consultancy to the Australian government, military and ASX 100 companies.
During the mid-Nineties, Justin was also a member of the Centre for Computer Security Research (CCSR), a group recognized for their work in the field of cryptography where they developed one of the fifteen candidate algorithms for the Advanced Encryption Standards (AES). Mr. Andrew Namboka Enterprise Security Technologist Check Point Software Technologies
Andrew is the security consultant for Check Point's key customers in Singapore. He is responsible for developing partnerships with customers to build effective solutions for their current and anticipated IT security challenges. He is a well-known security advocate and industry speaker and has more than 20 years of IT industry experience, helping government, telecommunications and commercial companies with their networks.
Prior to joining Check Point, Andrew worked as Chief Technologist and Engineering Director for Nokia Enterprise Solutions in Singapore, supervising sales engineers and managing technical support engagements for customers and channel partners around the Asia/Pacific region, across 14 countries including China and Japan.
Andrew brings with him over 20 years of experience in the data communications and security industry. He started his career in the field as a lead engineer with IBM UK where he was responsible for building secure retail banking infrastructure. He then worked with MCI WorldCom as a VPN/PKI implementation specialist across EMEA. In 2000, Andrew joined Nokia UK as a European senior technical consultant before taking on the role of technology manager and subsequently engineering manager for EMEA.

Rich is a recognized thought leader in the financial services industry and financial oriented solutions with over 35 years of domestic and international experience in general management, sales, finance, and information technology.
In November 2010, Rich joined worldwide open source leader, Red Hat Inc. as the Global Director of Financial Services. In this capacity, he is responsible for Red Hat's global financial services strategy and key partner alliances. Before joining Red Hat, he was Managing Director of Microsoft's $1.4 billion North American Financial Services business with overall responsibility for industry strategy, marketing, solutions sales, and partner management.
Prior to joining Microsoft in 1998, Rich held a variety of senior management positions in the financial and technology industries including senior vice president for a regional brokerage and investment banking firm; chief financial officer for a software/data processing company; and vice president of currency risk management for a money center bank. In the early 90s, Rich founded a successful consulting firm based in California's Silicon Valley to provide banking & treasury related services to many of the Valley's most prominent firms. He began his career as an auditor and information management consultant.
Rich holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Maine and a master's degree from the University of Wisconsin. He is a certified public accountant (retired) and has held NASD Series 7 and Series 24 licenses. He and his wife Tracy live in the San Francisco Bay Area with their son Ryan.
Mr. Jan Holzer Senior Engineer Red Hat Inc.
Jan Mark Holzer is a Senior Consulting Engineer in Red Hat's CTO office.
In his role, Jan is helping Red Hat's large and strategic customers to leverage new and
upcoming emerging technologies in their IT environments. This includes building proof of
concept deployments as well as working with customers to (re)architect their IT environment
around OpenSource technologies.
As a member of the CTO office he is leading the team responsible for Emerging Technologies.
He also is the primary interface for customers into Red Hat's R&D organization and the CTO
office.
His current focus is Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Virtualization, Cloud Computing, Large System
Scalability and Automation, Stateless, High Performance Computing and many other emerging
technologies in the Linux and datacenter space.
He has consulted various large customers and government organization in building their next
generation IT and Cloud Computing infrastructure to include OpenSource technologies.
Jan has more than 20 years experience as an IT/Datacenter Technologist/Architect and Senior
Consulting engineer at Digital, Compaq, Hewlett Packard and Red Hat.
He is a regular speaker at industry events covering a broad range of topics.
He has also worked with many mission critical customer on remedial issues and was the
technical lead for a group of consulting engineers providing fly and fix support directly out of
the Engineering/R&D organization at HP. Before joining Red Hat he was a member of the
Strategic Planning and Architecture group of HP's Business Critical Server group.
In his role he has worked with many of the Fortune 100 companies and worked on (and
supported) various UNIX, Linux, Windows and other operating systems.
