With close to 20 years of experience, Albert brings to OpenText his financial expertise and rich experience in key areas such as growth engine creation, IT resources security, ecosystem initiatives and partner management, and business strategy.

Prior to joining OpenText, he was the Director of Fusion Middleware for Financial Services at Oracle Asia Pacific. There, he headed the sales and strategy of SOA / BPM / Modernization / Cloud Computing products and solutions across the region. Prior to Oracle, Albert spearheaded IBM WebSphere, with focus on the Financial Services sector. He has also worked in other major corporations, adapting various IT technologies to corporate frameworks and business plans.

Albert is widely established as a knowledgeable industry leader with strong business acumen, and his expertise is well sought after in Singapore and the region. He is a regular keynote speaker at industry conferences and technical symposiums. He is also a seasoned spokesperson at analyst and press engagements, covering a wide range of topics such as process-centric banking, multi-channel customer experience, IT modernization, social media and cloud computing.

Albert is a Councilor and Chairman of the Cloud Computing Chapter of the Singapore Infocomm Technology Federation (SiTF); the Infocomm Technology Standard Committee (ITSC) and the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore's task force for Virtualization and Cloud Computing.

Albert holds a Bachelor Degree in Management and Marketing from Curtin University of Technology in Perth, Western Australia.

Prior to his current role with AIG, Mr Kundalia directed strategy and architecture for the CGU division of the Insurance Australia Group (IAG) in Melbourne, Australia. His experience extends to the United States, where he spent a number of years consulting with large global organizations including UBS Wealth Management Americas, and in a senior technology role with AIG in New York.

As Director of Emerging Technology at AIG, Mr Kundalia was responsible for managing the evaluation of more than 40 leading edge technologies, including speech recognition, biometrics, mobile computing, and neural agents.

Mr Kundalia has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Tufts University, and a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University.

Saurav has held roles in Operations and Technology across Consumer Banking, Corporate Banking and Technology Infrastructure. He has strong experience in financial management, strategic vendor management, program management, and global efficiency initiatives.

Saurav has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Business Administration from Nation University of Singapore.

Sandeep is a well-respected IT professional and has rich experience in developing IT operating strategies, strategic vendor management, global efficiency initiatives, IT management, program management, IT strategic planning and solutions development/roll out.

For the past 20 years Sandeep has worked with firms like firms like Ernst & Young, Deloitte Consulting, Standard Chartered Bank etc.

Sandeep has a Master's Degree in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology.

In his current role as the MD of IT for the Consumer Banking group of DBS David is responsible for all aspect of Consumer related technology across the region, he is also responsible for SOA and Data Analytics across the group . David has a Masters degree in Technology from the University Of Technology Sydney.

As the GT APAC Head, Sunila drives regional input to GT's strategy and planning for regional implementation. She has management oversight on GT APAC risks and investments and ensures consistent governance processes across the region. She is the primary interface with regulators for GT.

Other roles in DB were Head of Operations IT, Head of Banking Systems IT, CIO Global Banking (GB) and CIO Private Wealth Management (PWM) providing IT solutions to GTB, PBC, PWM and HR predominantly.

Based in Singapore, Sunila had accumulated vast experience with an exceptional track record of more than 33 years in IT solutions for the financial industry in private wealth, cash management, trade finance, custody, securities, retail banking, treasury back office and stock exchange.

Prior to joining DB, she was a Senior Consultant in various software consulting firms and had developed the initial versions of two wholesale/corporate banking solutions/products which are predominant in the financial markets: Banker (Flexcube) and Symbols. Sunila holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She further pursued post graduate diplomas in Marketing Management and Computer Management from Mumbai University, India.

Sandeep has a proven talent for bringing innovative technologies to market in a business-focused way. He provides technology leadership, execution know-how and enterprise architect vision, having spent 9 years in the software product development area at MasterCard.

Sandeep earned a BS from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, an MS from University of MO-Rolla (now known as Missouri University of Science & Technology), an MS from University of MO-St. Louis and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.

Prior to joining Natixis, he was the IT director for a Japanese private equity firm. In this role, he was responsible for implementation/execution of the IT strategy. Previous roles include Deputy IT Manager/Network Manager for a large French Bank, Senior System Engineer with a system integrator.

He holds an MBA from Manchester Business School and a M.Sc. from National University of Singapore. He is certified in CISSP, CISA, CISM, PMP, OCP, MCSE.

Prior to this role, he was the Head of Information Integrity and Protection for Africa and Asia under Global Information Security in Barclays Bank. His responsibility involves helping businesses safeguard their customer's information as well as meet regulatory requirements. His current and previous role requires him to address common Information Security challenges faced by most organizations.

Before moving into Information Security, Min Chee has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology in the Financial sector for OCBC Bank, Citibank and DBS Bank. His experience includes dealing with issues in traditional customer-facing channels (ATM) to Internet based channels. This experience extends to Payment Card industry and was involved in pioneering Smart Card based products used in Singapore.

Min Chee holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Manchester.

Prior to joining SCB, Scott had more than 20 years experience in Banking and technology with JP Morgan Chase, Merrill Lynch Bank of America, and IBM. During that time he led numerous technology-related transformational programs including mergers and acquisitions, off-shoring, outsourcing, in-sourcing, and operating model transformation and held a number of country and regional management roles in the APAC region. Originally from New York, Scott has lived and worked in Asia for 14 years. He holds both a BS and MS in Computer Science as well as JD. He is also a licensed attorney.

Joe's responsibilities include defining Visa's global technology strategy, innovation strategy and acquisition due diligence. Joe leads VisaLabs, the technology R&D side of Visa, and leads the development and industry certification of all smartcard, contactless & mobile NFC related technology development. Joe represents Visa on the Executive Committee of EMVCo, the global standards body for chip-based payment.

Joe has previously held positions at ANZ Banking Group and Accenture. He currently resides with his family in Singapore, having recently moved from San Francisco.

Joining Xenos in 1998, Jeff has held a variety of key technical and sales positions before being appointed as EMEA Managing Director in 2004. He now oversees Sales, Technical and Marketing functions internationally.

Prior to Xenos, Jeff held positions in both public and private sectors. He has more than 20 years' experience within the customer communications management (CCM) industry.

Prior to joining Check Point, Andrew worked as Chief Technologist and Engineering Director for Nokia Enterprise Solutions in Singapore, supervising sales engineers and managing technical support engagements for customers and channel partners around the Asia/Pacific region, across 14 countries including China and Japan.

Andrew brings a wealth of in-depth technical experience gained in the data-communications and security industry. He started his career in the field as a lead engineer with IBM UK where he was responsible for building secure retail banking infrastructure. In 2000, Andrew joined Nokia UK as a European senior technical consultant before taking on the role of technology manager and subsequently engineering manager for EMEA.

Andrew holds an Engineering Honors Degree in mechanical engineering with specialization and post graduate work in robotics and artificial intelligence.

Eng Kiong joined Compuware as a Sales Manager in 2006 and was promoted to the role of Managing Director for Malaysia in April 2011. During his term as a Sales Manager, he achieved an outstanding performance of year on year consecutive growth for 5 years and helped many customers like Maybank, RHB, Sime Darby and the Employee Provident Fund of Malaysia in the implementation of their APM strategy.

As the Managing Director for Malaysia, Eng Kiong was in charge of the development and management of the channel network in Malaysia. He has spearheaded the development of the Malaysia partner network, working with various partners like ISA Technologies Sdn Bhd, HeiTech Managed Services Sdn Bhd and Telekom Malaysia Bhd.

Prior to Compuware, Eng Kiong was with Sun Microsystems Malaysia where he spent 2 years in Pre-Sales and 3 years in Sales for Sun¡¦s software business unit. Eng Kiong played a key role in the growth the business and has helped the organization experience year on year growth for the 5 years he was with them.

Jeffry's group is also responsible for delivering product & solution training for sales and channel partners, customers and consultants on an ongoing basis. He also maintains key MU consultant relationships on a proactive basis.

Jeffry works closely with Emerson Network Power management and local teams to further improve the customer engagement process to ensure delivery of quality data centre support environments. He also conducts technical site surveys, technical forums and sharing sessions and overseeing other customers' engagement activities undertaken by the regional support staff.

Since joining Emerson in mid 2008, he has helped to positively influence consultants and large end users to choose Emerson. Jeffry has also provided valuable support in managing sales funnels in Southeast Asia.

Jeffry has an engineering degree from the NUS in Singapore and brings a wealth of experience to this role given his years in consulting and with HP.

Prior to joining Blue Coat, Rajeev was General Manager for SAP Business Objects, where he ran SAP's Business User business unit, which was formed post SAP's acquisition of Business Objects. Responsibilities included software and non-software related revenue responsibility as well as the integration of the Business Objects organization within SAP. Prior to joining SAP Business Objects, Rajeev worked as General Manager, Asia Pacific, for Volera (a Novell joint venture with IBM, Dell & Nortel delivering Content Distribution Networks across the Asia Pacific region. Rajeev has also held domestic and regional senior management positions with companies such as Vignette, Intel and Hewlett Packard.

Michael has just relocated back to Asia Pacific after living in Silicon Valley working as the Global Chief Technologist - Virtualization for Hitachi Data Systems (HDS). In this role Michael led the development and design of Hitachi's Storage & Server Virtualization integrated technology solutions.

Prior to joining HDS, Michael has over 15 years experience as a customer in building Global IT Infrastructure throughout the Middle East, Europe & Asia Pacific.

Michael is specialized in server and storage virtualization, including centralization of application services on Unix, Linux and VMware platforms. He also has been a speaker at several SNW's, VMworld¡¦s and other Global Industry events.

In November 2010, Rich joined worldwide open source leader, Red Hat Inc. as the Global Director of Financial Services. In this capacity, he is responsible for Red Hat's global financial services strategy and key partner alliances. Before joining Red Hat, he was Managing Director of Microsoft's $1.4 billion North American Financial Services business with overall responsibility for industry strategy, marketing, solutions sales, and partner management.

Prior to joining Microsoft in 1998, Rich held a variety of senior management positions in the financial and technology industries including senior vice president for a regional brokerage and investment banking firm; chief financial officer for a software/data processing company; and vice president of currency risk management for a money center bank. In the early 90s, Rich founded a successful consulting firm based in California's Silicon Valley to provide banking & treasury related services to many of the Valley's most prominent firms. He began his career as an auditor and information management consultant.

Rich holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Maine and a master's degree from the University of Wisconsin. He is a certified public accountant (retired) and has held NASD Series 7 and Series 24 licenses. He and his wife Tracy live in the San Francisco Bay Area with their son Ryan.
