Manoj started at Frost & Sullivan in December 1996 as one of the

William leads the Technology and Operations function in the delivery of world class and innovative Prepaid and Payment solutions for MasterCard Access Prepaid.
William joined from DBS Bank in Singapore, where he led the technology team for Global Transaction Services (GTS) covering Cash Management, Trade Financing, Factoring, Securities and Fiduciary services. Whilst at the bank, William led the successful delivery and regional roll-out of Cash and Trade financing systems to regional hubs in Hong Kong, Singapore and Macau.
Before joining DBS, William led the Architecture and IT Strategy team for Travelex Group where he owned the IT strategy and was responsible for the overall maturity of the architecture, design, technical governance functions and standards across their 3 business divisions - Cards, Electronic Payments for FI/Corporates and Retail FX.
Before Travelex, William was the Head of Enterprise Architecture and Design for Common Services at Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) where he led the creation of their Enterprise Architecture, Domain strategies (vision and roadmap) and SOA practice.
Prior joining LBG, William held the position of Chief Architect at Vocalink where he was responsible for driving the technology vision, architecture, design and development of new generation of payments services for banks and corporates. William was instrumental in the architecture and development of Vocalink’s new UK Payments Platform (including Faster Payments) ensuring the architecture would be flexible and adaptable to both UK and European markets.
At the start of his career, William worked for EDS (Electronic Data Systems) where he held various senior technical leadership roles in UK and Asia Pacific. As a senior member of the EDS Operations team, William led technical teams in delivering several high profile projects including the creation of the Electronic Service Delivery (ESD) platform for the Hong Kong Government and the system integration of Airport Systems at Hong Kong International Airport.
