Manoj started at Frost & Sullivan in December 1996 as one of the pioneers when the company was just beginning its trajectory into Asia. He has, since then, successfully grown the company's presence and business in Asia Pacific by manifold. Manoj continues to drive Frost & Sullivan's expansion in the region, yielding the highest year-on-year growth to the group's global business.

Throughout his tenure at Frost & Sullivan, Manoj has consulted on multiple strategic and syndicated projects for leading multinational companies, regulators and government bodies, providing growth workshops and client counsels, among others. He is today one of the region's most sought-after speakers and thought leaders, wherein his expert opinions have been heard at seminars and industry conferences globally. Manoj is also frequently featured in leading media, namely CNN, Bloomberg, Channel News Asia, CNBC, BBC, Singapore Business Times and Straits Times, and Malaysian Business.

He earned his Bachelor of Engineering at Mumbai University, and MBA at the ICFAI Business School in India. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Rob is Managing Partner of Olswang Asia which advises companies in the telecoms, media and technology industries across South-East Asia - Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, India, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos.

Rob primarily advises on complex cross-border deals as well as having specialist telecoms, technology, privacy and sourcing regulatory expertise. Rob's corporate practice includes advising on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, equity and debt investments and joint ventures with a particular focus on cross-border deals requiring knowledge of the telecoms, technology and media industries. He has expertise in structuring foreign investment into emerging markets and dealing with the associated challenges. Rob's commercial practice spans IT and BPO sourcing transactions, cloud services, digital and mobile money arrangements, e-commerce and m-commerce, network roll-out, network sharing, procurement, interconnection, MVNOs, roaming, broadcast and transmission arrangements, construction, maintenance and operation of sub-sea cable systems as well as reseller, customer, distribution and partnering arrangements. Rob's regulatory practice includes advising on reform of regulatory systems and frameworks, economic telecoms regulation, policy development, compliance, complaints as well as regulatory disputes before national and transnational regulators.

In addition to his legal qualifications, Rob has an MBA (with an elective in finance) and has worked for the UK telecoms regulator and in-house at a telecoms operator as well as in private practice. He has been recommended as a leading telecoms, technology and e-commerce lawyer by independent guides including Chambers, Legal 500, plc Which Lawyer? and the Who's Who of Regulatory Communications Lawyers.

He is currently IT Portfolio/Program Head for International Data Warehouse with a leading Swiss Bank in Singapore.

Ram has worked with a number of organizations including PwC, BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting), & Hewlett-Packard. He has led several initiatives devising Data/Reporting and Master data management strategy as well as executed/delivered a number of such solutions for clients in Energy, Manufacturing, Finance, Pharmaceuticals, Automobiles, Education, Government & Utilities sectors. He has been part of several new initiatives/technologies in areas such as Client/Server, DW/BI and Mobile domains.

Ram practices photography as a hobby/passion and has been published in few online e-zines and recognized in few international photography competitions.

William leads the Technology and Operations function in the delivery of world class and innovative Prepaid and Payment solutions for MasterCard Access Prepaid.

William joined from DBS Bank in Singapore, where he led the technology team for Global Transaction Services (GTS) covering Cash Management, Trade Financing, Factoring, Securities and Fiduciary services. Whilst at the bank, William led the successful delivery and regional roll-out of Cash and Trade financing systems to regional hubs in Hong Kong, Singapore and Macau.

Before joining DBS, William led the Architecture and IT Strategy team for Travelex Group where he owned the IT strategy and was responsible for the overall maturity of the architecture, design, technical governance functions and standards across their 3 business divisions - Cards, Electronic Payments for FI/Corporates and Retail FX.

Before Travelex, William was the Head of Enterprise Architecture and Design for Common Services at Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) where he led the creation of their Enterprise Architecture, Domain strategies (vision and roadmap) and SOA practice.

Prior joining LBG, William held the position of Chief Architect at Vocalink where he was responsible for driving the technology vision, architecture, design and development of new generation of payments services for banks and corporates. William was instrumental in the architecture and development of Vocalink’s new UK Payments Platform (including Faster Payments) ensuring the architecture would be flexible and adaptable to both UK and European markets.

At the start of his career, William worked for EDS (Electronic Data Systems) where he held various senior technical leadership roles in UK and Asia Pacific. As a senior member of the EDS Operations team, William led technical teams in delivering several high profile projects including the creation of the Electronic Service Delivery (ESD) platform for the Hong Kong Government and the system integration of Airport Systems at Hong Kong International Airport.

William has 20+ years' experience in Information Technology, and has full project and development lifecycle experience with domestic and International exposure, covering UK, Toronto, Washington DC, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Australia and Singapore.

He is required to engage senior executive stakeholders to understand the alignment between business strategy and information requirements and to utilize models to gain insight into business performance, support fact-driven decisions, and communicate opportunities for sustained improvement.

In May 2013, APJ Analytics team, won the Shared Services & Outsourcing Network Award, beating British Petroleum in the finals.

Prior to joining MSD, Roy held positions of increasing responsibilities in the field of business analytics, market intelligence, data mining, market research and strategic planning.

Roy is well versed in SAS enterprise guide, enterprise miner, SPSS, SQL. He has used these tools to run predictive and (i.e. segmentation, association techniques), prescriptive models (i.e. simulation & optimization models).

Roy holds Master in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, Master of Commerce in International Business and Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of New South Wales, Australia.

Involved with the Global Service Organization for the past 7 years, launching or leading 5 initiatives across Asia for first 2 year and Global initiatives for the past 5 yeas. Apart from leading the Security Services team to manage and develop TrustCSI™ information security solutions and services, as well as establish strategic partnership relations with different security product vendors for strengthening the solution offerings and service levels; Mr. Kwong is also entrusted to the development of new cloud services - SmartCLOUD™. He also leads the Information Technology Services team to ensure the optimal delivery and operation of CITIC Telecom CPC's IT infrastructure and applications services.

Mr. Kwong has over 16 years of development and management experiences in information technology areas, including working in Motorola. He was also the senior manager of Information Technology in Jones Lang LaSalle Limited prior to joining CITIC Telecom CPC, responsible for management of information technology in Asia Pacific Regions.

Mr. Kwong holds the Bachelor Degree of Science from the University of Waterloo and Master Degree in Information Technology from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He also possesses the professional qualifications of ITIL.
