As the Director of IT International, Tim is responsible for ensuring Boeing International has the IT products and services necessary to meet their business goals and objectives, and drive a single IT work placement strategy that is aligned with Boeing's business units and functional organizations and drives value with our global partners.

Tim has 26 years of technical, management and executive experience in the aerospace industry. Prior to his current assignment, Tim led IT Engineering Systems for Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Test & Evaluation Systems. Prior to this, Tim supported Boeing Capital Corporation as Director of Information Systems. In this role, he was responsible for all computing systems and initiatives.

Tim started his career with Rockwell International in 1984 where he held numerous technical and management positions at Rockwell's North American Aircraft Operations and Rocketdyne divisions.

Tim has a BS degree in Mathematics from Briar Cliff University in Iowa and a BA degree in Theology from the University of Louvain in Belgium.

Jessica Tan is a Partner with McKinsey & Company, based in Singapore. She leads McKinsey's Financial Services practice and Business Technology practice in Southeast Asia.

She works primarily with leading financial services players in Southeast Asia and Greater China on business growth, organization, technology, and operations issues. On technology, her primary focus has been on using technology for business enablement in Banking and Insurance.

For example, she helped to design a regional IT operating platform to enable one of the largest regional banks in Southeast Asia to reduce its unit costs by 30% while growing at double-digit growth every year. Jessica also helped several leading banks and insurers in Asia to use technology as an enabler to redesign the business model (e.g., dramatically reducing the turnaround times of key products' approval for customers; deploying frontline sales IT tools to improve sales productivity).

Jessica earned 3 degrees simultaneously within 4 years from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with an overall GPA of 5.0/5.0. She is an active public speaker at several conferences in Asia on topics related to Women in Business, Banking, and Technology.

Jessica lives with her husband and her two daughters in Singapore. She reads and writes English and Mandarin fluently, as well as speak conversational Cantonese and Hokkien. In her free time, she works with Northlight School and Spring Singapore as a volunteer to coach students and SMEs.

He has over 16 years of management experience in Banking and for the last 5 years as CFO / COO for a Private bank in Asia across 7 locations from Singapore. He successfully developed growth strategies to support the expansion of the business in Asia and has a track record of setting up new locations, implementing new system platforms, develop new business and supporting growth phase.

He is experience in establishing and managing large and complex separation and integration projects across multiple locations and understands the different cultures that make up this diverse region. Able to balance the sensitivity to these cultures with the need to drive standardisation.

As head of IT in adidas SEA, Eva Wang responsible for IT services of 6 countries in adidas South East Asia - Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam. With 15 years IT management experience working in China, Hong Kong, Singapore both in subsidiaries and regional head quarter, Eva has handled various areas of IT management including project implementation, program management, account management and talent development in Regional Asia Pacific.

Usha joined the AXA IT family in 2000. As the Head of Information Technology, Usha plays a vital role in supporting three businesses in Singapore - AXA Life Insurance, AXA Wealth Management and ipac financial planning. She oversees the various IT platforms and supports the Singapore business with IT solutions and services. These range from vendor and resource management, implementing and observing information security, and ensuring governance to deliver greater work efficiencies for the businesses.

Usha believes that having wider exposure beyond IT gives her a deeper appreciation for the business and enables her to offer creative and effective solutions to drive and support the business. At AXA, Usha was given the opportunity to pursue her interest in managing projects. A certified Project Management Professional by PMI, she took up a 6-month challenge to manage a project on product development.

Donald is an Executive Director in the Advisory practice at Ernst & Young Singapore and has been working in IT, Data and Software related positions for over 20 years. For the past 13 years, he has advised companies to architect, design and implement large, complex systems, packaged software and frameworks.

Donald's has experience in areas such as information management, accounting and risk management combined with his analytical, data modeling, design and mathematical skills, enable him to effectively interpret business requirements into feasible, practical solutions.

Shivanu is the Associate Director at Frost & Sullivan's ICT Practice team. Shivanu's leads the Unified Communications, Collaboration and Contact Center practice in Asia Pacific.

He leads a team of analysts across Asia Pacific to track and monitor the trends, vendor activity and growth opportunities in these market segments. Shivanu has led several consulting engagements on market entry strategy, go-to-market strategy, and competitive strategy for leading technology vendors as well as leading global & regional service providers in the region. Shivanu has authored several white papers and reports on the business impact of technology and market trends in the contact center and unified communications industry.

Simon attended the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) and graduated with a B.S. Degree in Computer Science. Simon has held various CIO positions with Banks, and bother Consumer & Commercial Finance sectors, in locations such as Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong & Philippines. More recently Simon has held the positions of CIO GE Money Asia, and is currently the CIO of GE Capital Asia Pacific.

Simon has successfully lead a number of major technology based business transformations that have now become the foundation for his success as a CIO. He is also an inclusive team oriented leader who has had great team success across a very culturally diverse set of businesses.

Simon is currently based in Singapore and lives there with his wife and 2 children.

John Lee has 20+ years experience in Information Technology, included over 15 years based in Asia..

Currently, John is the Chief Information Officer for GE Healthcare Asia-Pacific. In this role, he is responsible for defining & executing systems strategy to support business growth across GEHC's US$2B Asia operations.

Previously, has worked for GE Healthcare's Technology Services group, serving as Chief Architect. In this role, he was responsible for formulating & driving GE Healthcare¡¦s global IT strategy.

Prior, he has worked a number of other technology leadership roles at GE. While at GE's Corporate Information Group he was responsible for driving key IT security & telecommunications programs for GE across the globe. Notably, in this capacity, John had a pioneering role in the development of infrastructure that currently supports GE's massive off shore presence India today.

Prior to this, John held a number of senior consulting positions at various multinational organizations including ICL (Hong Kong), Citibank (UK) and Ontario Hydro (Canada).

John attended the University of Waterloo, Canada studying Applied Mathematics & Computer Science.

On a personal note, John has visited dozens of countries around the world, including such far flung places as Iceland, Mongolia, Ecuador, and Sri Lanka to name just a few. He is happily married to his Singaporean wife, with a new baby girl.

Janet Chew is the Asia Pacific Commercial IT Regional Director for Glaxosmithkline, where she is responsible for business partnering, strategic IT investments and overall IT leadership for the region. As the business IT leader for one of GSK's fastest growing regions for Pharmaceuticals, Janet represents the voice of the customer and makes global IT strategies real for the regional business.

Prior to joining GSK in 2004, Janet was Asia Pacific IT Director for HP Services at Hewlett Packard where she worked for 14 years.

Richard is the CIO and a Member of the Faculty at the Institute of Systems Science, National University of Singapore. He brings more than 20 years of local and regional IT management experiences from the industry into his lectures for the Masters and other professional certification programs. He continues to be actively involved in providing IT advisory services and research activities in the areas of Sustainable IT and Enterprise Architecture.

As chair of the Green IT Technical Committee appointed by the IT Standards Committee that operates under the purview of the Standards Council appointed by SPRING Singapore, he hopes to promote the development, deployment and national adoption of Green IT sustainable practices for the social and economic betterment of Singapore.

Tony is Vice President, Information Technology, Asia Pacific and has been with IHG for 4 years.

Tony started with IHG in August 2006 as the Asia Pacific Head of IT based in Singapore. His previous roles were with Hewlett Packard China and 4 other HP offices in Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. Prior to that he was with CSC New Zealand.

Tony is responsible for implementation of technology standards in almost 300 hotels in Asia Pacific, supporting the technology infrastructure for 4 corporate offices in Sydney, Tokyo, Shanghai, Singapore and the BPO center in New Delhi.

Dr Leong Chou Ching joined International Baccalaureate Organization as the Head of Global Technology and a member of the ICT Executive Team to review and realign the Global Technology structure, as well as to provide leadership for the ICT Services and ICT Development departments. As the highest technical leadership role in the ICT organization, he is responsible to provision and lead the technical and development strategy and operations function for the organization. He also has the overall responsibility and accountability for the design, development, release, and maintenance of technology systems and services for all organizational business functions, which includes assessing the requirement of the business and presenting architectural recommendations that are in line with the strategic visions for the IB, acting as technical leader on transformational programmes incorporating people, process and technology, and taking responsibility for assurance of technical delivery across the full life-cycle.

With over 10 years of exposure in the information technology industry, Dr Leong has extensive experience in managing the IT infrastructure and operations in multi-national corporation with strong Asia-Pacific presence.

Dr Leong holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Systems and Management, a Master of Business Administration and a PhD in Business and Management. He is also a member of the Singapore Computer Society.

Current Responsibilities
William is responsible for driving the real estate technology solution strategy for clients of Jones Lang LaSalle in Asia Pacific. Working with business leaders and clients, he identifies key needs and formulates effective technology solutions to support the delivery of business objectives.

William has more than 12 years of experience managing the strategic use of technology to enable businesses regionally and globally. His experience spans a wide range of industries covering technology enablers such as Workplace/Facility Management Applications, Lease Administration Applications, Business Intelligence, Collaborative Extranets, B2B E-Commerce, CRM, Knowledge Management and Automated/Assisted Language Translation.

In his role at Jones Lang LaSalle, William has successfully delivered business value through the use of technology to clients in the banking, energy, technology, automotive, services and FMCG sectors.
In 2007 William was involved in a study on Alternate Work Space a 4 leading corporates from different industries. His involvement was specifically on the technology component of the study.

William holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Diploma in Electronic Engineering and is a trained Six Sigma Green Belt practitioner.

George Wang is currently Director of Infrastructure Technology responsible for global IT infrastructure in NOL, one of the world¡¦s largest containers shipping line. Before join NOL, he was the Global Head of Technology Strategy and Group Head of Chief Architecture Office Asia in Thomson Reuters Markets, responsible for technology platform strategy globally and architecture maturity in Asia. Prior to this, George was Joint Chief Information Security Officer for Reuters globally, where he was responsible for information security strategy, policy, process, consulting, and risk management. In the early 1990s, he was with Information Technology Institute, managing R&D on multi-lingual search engine, information management and security while he was also an associate technical editor of IEEE Communications magazine.

In his community, he servers as member of NICF (National InfoComm Competency Framework) steering committee and chairs the security technical committee and cloud computing technical committee. He was also a Vice President of Association of Information Security Professional (AISP). He was a co-founder of the society and was instrumental in laying much of the foundations and framework. He led the creation and launching of Qualified Information Security Professional certification. George holds a MBA (High Honours, Beta Gamma Sigma) from University of Chicago.

Mark is currently Vice President of Information Technology for Pan Pacific Hotels Group, encompassing the brands Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts, Parkroyal Hotels & Resorts and the owned assets of the group. His responsibilities include the development of the groups' long-term technology strategy, performance and key enterprise projects for the company's business intelligence, distribution, customer relations and web presence. He has a particular interest in mobile workforce technology as it applies to the hospitality industry.

Krishnan Narayanan is the Head of IT, Singapore and also regional head of Emerging markets IT. Krish has over 18 years of experience in the Financial IT industry, 10 of which has been in Japan where he has worked for Citibank and UBS. More recently he spent 3 years helping Prudential setup a regional IT and operations centre in Malaysia to serve the APAC region. Since rejoining UBS, Krish has been working on managing Equities support, overall outsourcing andoffshoring operations and more recently IT for the emerging market locations in APAC.

James is CIO of YCH Group, responsible for the Group and its subsidiaries' IT strategies and performance. He led the Group's move to spin off their IT department into an independent IT company - Y3 Technologies and now heading it as Chief Operating Officer. He aligns all IT assets to the Group's business and leading the development of innovative award-winning SCM solutions for YCH and its customers. Under his charge, YCH Group won 2 IDA's National Infocomm Awards (2004 & 2008), ZDNetAsia Smart 50, CIO 100 Honouree (2005 & 2009) and winning CIO 100 Award 2010.

James has more than 25 years of management and IT experience having served in senior management positions at Cincom Systems, (an ERP application software vendor), ObTech Asia Pacific, an NEC Corp subsidiary focusing on IT consultancy and services and Viewlocity Asia Pacific, a SCM solution vendor.

James also has a wide-ranging and direct working experience with top MNC clients on strategic system project, operations and management in ASEAN, China, Taiwan, Korea and Japan particularly in the area of manufacturing & distribution.

He contributes actively to the industry serving on Advisory Panel of A*STAR Get-Up Advisory Council and Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, Singapore. He is also on the Singapore Logistics Association's Technology/e-Logistics SubCommittee and he served as the Deputy Chairman 2002-2004 on the Singapore eSCM Council, EDB's Industry User Council for Transportation & Logistics (2002-2005), IDA's RFID Alliance Steering Committee (2004-2007) and now a Member of Spring's Standardisation Technical Committee - Supply Chain Management. He is also the immediate past Chairman of Singapore IT Federation Wireless Chapter. And most recently he is appointed to the Advisory Board of SMU's Master.

Doug is responsible for building and growing Google's Enterprise business in Asia Pacific. In this role, he leads a cross- functional team responsible for sales, operations, deployment and customer support.

Previously, Doug was with salesforce.com for 9 years where held many leadership roles, established businesses in newer geographies and worked across multiple offices around the world.

In his last assignment Doug was the Vice President of Operations, Asia Pacific for salesforce.com and a member of the Asia Pacific Executive Team, responsible for the Go-To-Market strategy and sales deployment model for rapid expansion across the region.

Prior to joining salesforce.com, Doug spent seven years with Oracle Corporation in a variety of sales, marketing and business development roles. He worked for Oracle in San Francisco, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. Before his Oracle tenure, Doug spent three years working for Andersen Consulting in San Francisco and Melbourne working in it's Telecommunication¡¦s Group.

Doug graduated from the Pennsylvania State University cum laude with a degree in Quantitative Business Analysis and a minor in Economics.

Robert Kleinschmidt has over 20 years of experience managing business units and businesses in the U.S., Europe, and Asia Pacific, with a particular strength in business development, marketing, sales management, product management, operations, and managing corporate turn-arounds. His has extensive experience in both the data networking industry and the emerging field of enterprise mobility. He has a Mechanical Engineering degree from University of Wisconsin and an Executive MBA from London Business School. He is Executive Director of GMS Mobility Pte Ltd which helps companies enable and empower their mobile workforce and is the sole Asia Pacific representative of leading enterprise mobility solutions from leading vendors such as Good Technology and TOA Technologies.
