He received his M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM). Prior to joining McKinsey, he worked with IBM Global Services, Singapore, focusing on end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions for clients.

Before his tenure with KPMG, Daryl was Head of Program Management Office & Program Governance at Deutsche Bank overseeing a ˘Ga170M global portfolio of Global Banking IT and Capital Markets programs. Before this, Daryl was COO Business Manager and deputy to the COO for Investment Banking IT Asia-Pacific at Deutsche Bank with responsibility for general management of the Technology Division with over 2800 staff. Here he managed annual planning & budgeting, cost optimisation, central PMO governance, risk & regulatory management, resource planning and IT process harmonisation/transformation. His former roles include, Regional Head of IT Audit for Deutsche Bank Asia-Pacific, Group IT Audit Manager (Head) for Westpac Bank in Sydney, and Advisory Manager with Ernst & Young Australia.

Daryl is the Immediate Past President of ISACA Singapore, and currently serves on ISACA!|s International Committee for Chapter Support. ISACA is the International Professional Association and certifying body for over 100,000 professionals working in the fields of IT Governance, IT Risk Management, IT Audit, and IT Security. Daryl holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce (Accounting), and a Master of Information Technology from the University of Canberra. He is a qualified CPA Australia, CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), and CRISC (Certified in Risk & Information Systems Control).

Clement was the head of partner and program communications, Asia Pacific, at VMware as well as the head of corporate communications, Asia Pacific, at Nokia Siemens Networks. He was the senior manager of PR/AR at Pacnet, and he was PR manager at Juniper Networks. He has a background in the media industry, including being the editor of teledotcom Asia and Network Computing Asia, as well as a journalist for The Business Times (Singapore) and a freelance writer for ZDNet Asia.

Clement holds a B.A. from the University of Western Australia and a Master of Mass Communication degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

As part of the carve up of old ABN AMRO and creation of the new ABN AMRO in 2009 I was the program manager for the separation from RBS of the ABN AMRO Private Banking Asia business unit and designed and implemented the new IT infrastructure environment in Asia based on a application virtualised environment.

In 2010 I received the Finalist award of the NetApp Innovation Awards - Individual section for the architecture design and program execution of the ABN AMRO Private banking separation program.

Dash brings enormous experience of change leadership, process excellence, people connection and program delivery to his day to day working environment. He has been instrumental in aligning IT strategy to business strategy, simplifying systems/processes, creating capacity and cutting cost for different organizations.

Mr. Hanafi joined Visa International in 1995, where he was based in Singapore and responsible for Asia-Pacific technology operations, including VisaNet, the real-time network for credit card transactions.

Recruited by ABN Amro in 1999 as SVP/Regional CIO for Asia Pacific, he was promoted to EVP/Global Head - Technology Operations and Infrastructure in November 2000. Mr. Hanafi was responsible for the Bank's IT operations and infrastructure, including operations in more than 50 countries, regional data centres, and a global telecom network.

In December 2002, Mr. Hanafi joined Behringer Holdings as Chief Operating Officer. Responsible for Manufacturing, Logistics, IT, Quality, Customer Service, and Online Communications, this privately held supplier of pro audio equipment rapidly expanded based on manufacturing in China, effective IT and logistics, and world-wide distribution.

Following a strategic consulting assignment with Global Refund (now Global Blue), Mr. Hanafi joined the firm in May 2006 as Chief Information Officer. He led the transformation of the business from paper cheques to digital transactions, winning the contract to supply and operate Singapore's eTRS visitor GST refund system. In 2012, Waleed took on the role of CTO and is responsible for technical product development and strategy.

Mr. Hanafi is a Canadian national. He holds a BA degree in Political Science from Carleton University. He is married with two children, and has been living in Asia for more than 30 years.

Prior to joining Natixis, he was the IT director for a Japanese private equity firm. In this role, he was responsible for implementation/execution of the IT strategy. Previous roles include Deputy IT Manager/Network Manager for a large French Bank, Senior System Engineer with a system integrator.

He holds an MBA from Manchester Business School and a M.Sc. from National University of Singapore. He is certified in CISSP, CISA, CISM, PMP, OCP and MCSE.

George has 35 years of IT experience having studied in the UK and worked in the Pacific and Asia regions across a variety of business landscapes.

Prior to CITIC Telecom CPC, Mr. Tang was with Legend Expert Limited (a subsidiary of the Lenovo group) as the Managing Director of Hong Kong region.

He brings to CITIC Telecom CPC almost two decades of extensive experience with Hong Kong enterprises, including local presences of international corporations such as NCR, Olivetti and Standard Chartered Bank.

Mr. Tang's strong management experience gained from various business aspects enabled the prosperous growth of CITIC Telecom CPCˇ¦s sales teams to better understand customer needs from multiple angles.

Mr. Tang holds a Computer Science degree from University of Toronto.

Prior to joining STMI, Dr. Ling held leadership positions at the Office of CIO and Services Management units of the Singapore Exchange, where he oversaw the IT planning, quality assurance, Technology Associate Program, IT operation and IT procurement functions. Dr. Ling also directed the adoption of IT service management best practices within the exchange. In his professional career, Dr. Ling also held various senior executive appointments, in the area of partner & channel management, IT service management, business process reengineering and IT solutions development in Sun Microsystems, Gintic (currently known as SIMTech) and Andersen Consulting (currently known as Accenture).

Dr. Ling has been active in professional associations and held appointments such as, Council Member in the SunTone Architectural Council, Chair of Intellectual Capital in the itSMF Singapore Chapter and EXCO member of in the Singapore Infocomm Technology Federation (SITF), ASP/IDC Chapter. An active speaker in conferences and seminars, Dr. Ling also published his research and industrial work in various international journals, magazines, newsletters and newspapers.

Dr. Ling graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) and Ph.D in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from the University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology (UMIST), United Kingdom. In his academic and research career, Dr. Ling has received various awards and scholarships from UMIST and government bodies of the United Kingdom. As an IT professional, Dr. Ling also holds professional certifications like, System Analysis and Design, by National Computing Centre & British Computer Society, United Kingdom and IT Service Management (Manager), by Information Systems Examinations Board, United Kingdom.
