As GCIO, his responsibilities include developing appropriate ICT strategies and measures; leading the E-government programme; promoting IT in the community and the business sector, bridging digital divide; and to champion the adoption of new technologies and the development of innovative applications and services.

Prior to joining the Government in January 2012, he was the Head of IT at MTR Corporation Ltd., and held senior IT managerial positions with The Hong Kong Jockey Club.

Mr. Lai contributed significantly in promoting and developing the application of IT in Hong Kong and the region, he has held many positions in public services and educational institutions. In recognition of his contribution to the development and promotion of IT, he was awarded Bronze Bauhinia Star in 2004.

Dr. Lawrence Wong is a veteran IT professional and certified accountant in both HK and UK, with an array of degrees from top global universities including doctorate degree in Business Administration, master degrees in e-Commerce and MBA, and bachelor degree in Statistics / Computer Science.

He has around 30 years' working experience in global top consulting firms and renowned listed conglomerates. With his extensive operational experience in IT, CRM, HR, Finance and SCM, Dr. Wong is an expert in advising C-level executives on optimizing their business operations for value creation by streamlining business processes, strengthening internal controls and improving operational efficiency with emerging technologies and management methodologies.

Prior to Hay Group, Dr. Wong has successfully established and managed a Global Management Consulting (MC) team in Accenture with 170+ professionals focusing on Analytics, SCM, BPM and Change Management services. While far exceeding all performance targets, his global MC team has also achieved a record-breaking staff engagement score significantly higher than global average level.

From 2000, Geoff was the Group Enterprise Architect for Dairy Farm International (DFI); then the VP Technology - Hotel Development for Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group (MOHG) until mid-2010; he continues to provide IT governance services to DFI's and MOHG's parent company, Jardine Matheson Limited.

Professionally Geoff's very strong background in Enterprise Architecture led naturally to IT strategy, governance and risk management. His successful transition into broader management roles outside of IT as a Business-Technology professional has heightened his understanding of the challenges faced by organisations in achieving convergence, not just alignment, of IT with the business.

Geoff is a well-respected technology commentator in the Asia Pacific region especially in the areas of IT strategy, security and governance. Geoff is an Australian, married with two children and lives in Hong Kong. He holds a MBA in Finance from the University of Technology Sydney and is a Member of the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers), ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association), a Senior Member of the Australian Computer Society (ACS); and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Terence is currently serving as the practice leader of Hong Kong/Southern China of Security, Privacy and Resiliency (SPR) Practice. He speaks fluent both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).

Bradden joined Pearson from Hewlett Packard where he held the position of Chief Technology Officer for Enterprise Services, Asia Pacific & Japan. He and his team assisted the HP Enterprise Services business unit in delivering new technology - enabled services that help clients reduce cost and complexity while harnessing innovation to better serve their customers.

Prior to joining HP Enterprise Services, Bradden led the HP Personal Systems Group web services team. In this capacity, Bradden acquired and integrated multiple consumer - facing web services companies into HP, and launched a personal productivity web suite that is bundled onto HP personal computers.

Bradden has 20 years of experience in the technology industry, specializing in the creation and delivery of global and regional software development and market development plans. Prior to his role at HP, Bradden was Director of Consumer Imaging Services, Greater Asia Region for Kodak, where he developed and executed Kodak’s online and mobile imaging strategy across Greater Asia.

In addition to management roles within large MNCs, he has also set up and run his own software services company, Silverwire, which was acquired by HP and integrated into their retail printing business.

Bradden will bring his extensive experience in technology, his deep knowledge of the Asia Pacific region and his skills in promoting integration and performance to Pearson as we drive the growth of our company in this market.

Bradden is a graduate of the University of Chicago and is fluent in French, German, Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.

Anthony brings in 15 years of experience in information technology including development on CRM systems as well as pre-sales consulting and management in security and networking vendors. Before joining Aruba, Anthony was the SE director for Intel Security (formerly known as McAfee Security) for the North Asia region.

Anthony graduated from University of British Columbia with a bachelor degree in Computer Science and received his MBA from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Benny has worked for companies such as Cisco Systems, Equant (now Orange Business Services), BT and McDonnell Douglas in various positions starting as a programmer and working through to senior management roles. Prior to joining CenturyLink, he also ran a successful Management Consulting specializing in providing objective expert advice to C-level executives on sales organization effectiveness and transformational programs.

Benny is a graduate of the University of Adelaide in Australia with a double major in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics.

Apart from leading the Security Services team to manage and develop TrustCSI™ information security solutions and services, as well as establish strategic partnership relations with different security product vendors for strengthening the solution offerings and service levels; Mr. Kwong is also entrusted to the development of new cloud services - SmartCLOUD™. He also leads the Information Technology Services team to ensure the optimal delivery and operation of CITIC Telecom CPC's IT infrastructure and applications services.

Mr. Kwong has over 16 years of development and management experiences in information technology areas, including working in Motorola. He was also the senior manager of Information Technology in Jones Lang LaSalle Limited prior to joining CITIC Telecom CPC, responsible for management of information technology in Asia Pacific Regions.

Mr. Kwong holds the Bachelor Degree of Science from the University of Waterloo and Master Degree in Information Technology from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He also possesses the professional qualifications of ITIL.

Based in Sydney, Katanasho joined Compuware in 2007 and has more than 17 years' experience in the IT industry, including 12 years focused on Application Performance Management (APM), Business Service Management (BSM) & IT Service Management (ITSM).

Prior to joining Compuware, he worked for seven years at Proxima Technology in senior sales management, consulting and support roles.

He is a recognised thought leader and has published many articles, white papers and processes on APM, BSM and ITSM best practices.

Prior to joining Citrix, Chau spent two years at Huawei as head of sales and channel management in Hong Kong and Macau, driving the rapid growth of the company's enterprise telecommunications business. Before taking up that role, Chau had held various other positions with the company, including direct sales, channel management, and strategic business alliances. In his earlier career, he held management and business development roles at a number of leading global IT companies including Cisco and Nortel.

Chau holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Hong Kong and an M.Sc. in Information Engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Eric has more than 18 years of management experience in the IT sector including backgrounds in networking, managed services and cloud services. He previously held Asia Pacific marketing management roles with Cisco Systems in Hong Kong, helping Asia Pacific service providers and telecom customers roll out new value added services. Eric received a company award for "Accelerating Market Transitions" for his effort in managed services marketing. Prior to Cisco, Eric had various senior roles in product marketing, applications engineering and technical design with Intel Corporation in the United States.

Eric has a MBA from Duke University Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Previously, Bryce worked for ABN AMRO as a technology risk management consultant, where he built vulnerability management solutions, conducted penetration tests, and consulted on security for major infrastructure and application programmes. He was also a member of the ABN AMRO GCIRT and Enterprise Network Steering Committee. He has a Master's degree in Computer Science with a thesis in Cryptographic protocols.

Bryce has lived and worked in New Zealand, Australia, UK, Switzerland, and now Singapore. His passion for hacking technology began at the age of 6 soldering memory into his ZX-81 on the kitchen sink.

In this role, Brian provides Juniper's customers with insight into how Juniper Networks designs and technical innovations can help transform their networks. Thus creating efficiencies in the business and enabling their applications.

Brian has spent more than 18 years designing and implementing IP networks and security architectures and designs. He has worked as a security architect, network designer and Infrastructure manager for a variety of organisations both Service Provider and Enterprise.

Prior to Juniper Networks Brian had over 11 years experience performing a variety of functions including, Security auditing and review, IP networking design and architecture, security architecture and design, CoBiT auditing and compliance, web application design, forensic analysis, systems management, disaster recovery, performance measurement and capacity planning.

Brian is a current CISSP and SCSP.

Mr. Green recently joined Palo Alto Networks after 11 years at Juniper Networks. Mr. Green was Vice President of Systems Engineers at Juniper Networks for Asia Pacific. His responsibilities spanned all Pre-Sales Engineers, Demo and POC labs and Centers of Excellence. Prior to Juniper, Mr. Green worked for NetScreen Technologies, Check Point Software, Trident Data Systems and Sumitomo. His career has been divided between North America and Asia Pacific.

Mr. Green graduated from Arizona State University with Bachelors of Science and Fine Arts. He is a keen photographer, a father of two and is also a 7x Ironman Triathlete.

Andy holds bachelor degrees in both Computer Science and Engineering (Mechanical) from the University of Ballarat Victoria, Australia.
