Mr. Ivan Chu
Chief Executive
Cathay Pacific Airways

Ivan Chu became Chief Executive of the Cathay Pacific Group in March 2014. He is also Chairman of Hong Kong Dragon Airlines Limited and a Director of John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited and Swire Pacific Limited.

Mr Chu joined Cathay Pacific in 1984 and has worked with the Group in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, Thailand and Australia. Prior to taking up his current position he was the airline's Chief Operating Officer.

Mr Chu is Chairman of the Board of Airline Representatives Hong Kong, a member of the Aviation Development Advisory Committee in Hong Kong and a member of the Hong Kong SAR Government's Lantau Development Advisory Committee.

Mr. Andre Blumberg
Director, Information Technology
CLP

Mr. Andre Blumberg is responsible for IT strategy and direction of CLP Group technology standards, policies and IT commercial agreements. He also provides vision and leadership across CLP in the development and implementation of viable and sustainable technology and business solutions that align with and enable CLP business strategy and achieve Group synergy. Mr. Blumberg leads and strategically manages the IT functions for CLP Power Hong Kong and ensures optimisation of the IT investments, IT governance and integrity, regulatory and internal control compliance and development and delivery of IT infrastructure as well as operations and services.

Mr. Blumberg joined CLP in 2001 and has held various senior positions within Group IT. He holds Bachelor Degrees in Business Administration and in Information Systems from the University of Cologne and participated in Executive Development Programs at IMD and Richard Ivey School of Business. Prior to joining CLP, he served various Fortune 100 clients across the Asia-Pacific region as a Management Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers based in Singapore.

Mr. Karl Ting
General Manager, Information Services
Crystal Group

Mr. Karl Ting is General Manager of Information Services of the Crystal Group. Founded in 1970, Hong Kong-based Crystal Group is one of Asia¡¯s largest garment manufacturers. In this capacity, Karl is responsible for the establishment of IT strategies and policy compliance. Moreover he oversees the planning and deployment of information systems, services and technologies within the company.

Karl is a veteran in the IT industry. He started his IT career since 1979 and has served in various industries including banking, trading and manufacturing. In addition, he has more than 30+ years of experience in IT management in specialized apparel manufacturing business. During his tenure, Karl has successfully aligned the company¡¯s business objectives to IT deployment. He was also an early adopter of state-of-the-art technologies such as RFID and SAP/ERP systems, which helped to boost the productivity and efficiency in back office and factory operations of global organizations.

Karl's knowledge, experience and efforts in IT has made the Crystal Group a leader in adopting technology and its success has been reported widely in the industry and the media.

Karl was graduated in the Hong Kong Polytechnic in computing studies in 1979. He received his M.B.A. from the University of East Asia, Macau in 1993.

Mr. Ted Suen
Head of Information Technology
MTR Corporation

Ted Suen has over 28 years of solid experiences in Information Technology with strong expertise knowledge in IT outsourcing services and large scale system integration projects. Ted is the Head of Information Technology of MTR Corporation. In this capacity, he is responsible to formulate the corporate IT strategy, manages the overall MTR corporate IT function, directs the establishment of a stable, reliable and highly effective IT environment to support the business operation and to ensure Information Systems solutions are in-line with corporate business strategies. He is also responsible for the formulation of corporate IT strategies.

Ted was recipient of several prestigious IT awards in the last few years including the 2012 China Top 5 CIO Award, 2013 China Best Value CIO Award, 2013 Hong Kong Outstanding Performance IT Award Excellence, 2013 Hong Kong CIO Award for Large Enterprise, and 2014 Asia CIO Award.

Ted is Fellow and Vice President of the Hong Kong Computer Society, and Fellow of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers.

Mr. Jeff Li

Mr. Zhiqiang Li, joined Huawei in 1999. He served as the core network of R & D engineer, testing manager, director of technology cooperation, director of technology planning of IT product line, director of business director of IT product line.

\Mr. Zhiqiang Li currently is in charge of building industry ecosystem, strategic partnership and alliances of IT product line. He is ICT solutions expert, with deep understanding of the overall trend of cloud computing, IT infrastructure and converged infrastructure.

Mr. Mark Gibbs
President
SAP Greater China

Mark Gibbs was named President of SAP Greater China in October 2013. Gibbs oversees SAP¡¯s overall businesses in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. Prior to the appointment, Gibbs has taken the responsibility as the interim Greater China lead for nine months. Working closely with the China leadership team, Gibbs is instrumental in revitalizing the company¡¯s business in the market. Under his leadership, SAP has built strong relationships both internally and externally that are accelerating and furthering the company¡¯s footprint and reputation across the fast-growth market.

In May 2011 Gibbs was appointed Chief Operating Officer of SAP Asia Pacific Japan, where he was responsible for all aspects of SAP¡¯s operations in the Asia Pacific region, including key market groupings of Japan, Australia/New Zealand, China, India, as well as Southeast Asia. His role provided leadership and direction to SAP¡¯s multi-functional sales and operations organizations in the Asia Pacific region, driving continuous productivity improvements and significantly contributing to the achievement of revenue and profitability targets.

Prior to being appointed as Chief Operating Officer, Gibbs was the President of SAP North Asia, covering China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea, and a member of SAP Asia Pacific Japan¡¯s Senior Executive Leadership Team. As President, SAP North Asia, Gibbs was tasked with driving SAP¡¯s market leadership position in North Asia and enhancing profitability.

Gibbs has more than 20-year enterprise software industry experience, of which more than 12 years were spent in the Asia Pacific region. Before joining SAP, Gibbs was the senior vice president of applications for Oracle¡¯s Asia Pacific Division and was responsible for all aspects of Oracle¡¯s applications business across Asia Pacific, including sales, marketing and field operations. Gibbs was also in charge of Oracle¡¯s Financial Services Industry (FSI) group in Asia Pacific and served as the chair of Oracle¡¯s Global FSI Board. Before joining Oracle, Gibbs was the financial controller at Unilever Corporation in the United Kingdom.

Gibbs holds a Degree in Cost and Management Accounting from Port Elizabeth University in South Africa. He is married with one child and lives in Hong Kong.

Mr. Michael Chue
General Manager, Taiwan, Hong Kong & Macau

Michael Chue was named General Manager of SAP Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau in January 2015 where he was responsible for all aspects of SAP's software business for Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau.

Michael is a recognized business leader with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. He was most recently Head of Sales and Marketing at PCCW Solutions, where he led a team of 80 sales and marketing professionals across China and Hong Kong. Prior to that, Michael worked for Symantec as the Managing Director of Hong Kong and Taiwan. During his nine years at Symantec, Michael grew their Hong Kong and Taiwan businesses multi-fold and was awarded Symantec's 2011 Global Leader of The Year.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Mathematics / Bachelor of Engineering (Honors Class II Division 2) from the University of Wollongng, Australia. He is married and lives in Hong Kong.

Dr. Uwe Hommel
Corporate Officer, Executive Vice President and Head of SAP Active Global Support
SAP SE

Dr. Uwe Hommel is corporate officer, executive vice president and head of the Active Global Support. He leads an organization of close to 6000 employees worldwide to develop, define and deliver an end-to-end solution support program and portfolio for all SAP installed-base customers.

In 2011, he moved the global headquarters of Active Global Support to China Beijing, and established the SAP ONEService program. The SAP ONEServce program introduces a new way of SAP implementations, supported by a combination of AGILE project implementation, AGILE software development, China Best Practise and the SAP Collaboration Cloud.

Throughout his extensive professional career at SAP, Hommel heavily drove activities in numerous areas that helped SAP¡¯s customer support become one of the best in the enterprise software industry. These included remote services development like SAP EarlyWatch and SAP GoingLive remote services, training and certification of technical consultants, the development of the knowledge transfer model as well as the development of the premium support engagement portfolio of SAP MaxAttention, SAP Enterprise Support and SAP ActiveEmbedded.

Hommel joined SAP in 1988 and was instrumental in establishing technical consulting services in Walldorf. From 1991-1994, he was responsible for the development of the computer center management system (CCMS) and for quality assurance in performance. The technical components of CCMS formed the basis for SAP¡¯s superior system monitoring infrastructure. From 1994 to 1999, Hommel worked as director of SAP R/3 Services as well as manager of the Technical Core Competence department.

In year 2000, he took over responsibilities for SAP¡¯s support organization, where he spearheaded the development of holistic solution support programs for all SAP customers in the world. Under his leadership, the premium engagement offering of SAP MaxAttention became hugely successful, with close to 450 customers worldwide by 2012. Most of these enterprises are ranked in the global Fortune 500.

Before joining SAP, Hommel worked for the software development division at Honeywell Bull. He began his career as an assistant professor of mathematics at the University of Chicago and holds master's and doctoral degrees in mathematics from the University of Heidelberg in Germany.

Mr. Dinesh Sharma
Vice President, Digital Economy

As Vice President, Digital Economy, Dinesh Sharma is charged with driving thought leadership, awareness and adoption of SAP¡¯s solutions for the Digital Economy across industries and lines of business. Additionally, he is also responsible for leading messaging, positioning and go-to-market plans across the Digital Economy portfolio, as well as providing detailed analysis of industry and market trends, customer needs, competitors, economic environment and emerging business opportunities.

Prior to his current role, he was the global VP leading Internet of Things product marketing, where he established SAP¡¯s strategy and positioning for this high growth area.

Dinesh is a senior technology executive with over 20 years experience in the industry: His domain experience spans from semiconductors, software design, product marketing and business strategy. He has managed worldwide business units for large technology companies and also has founded technology start-ups, including Dynamic Pictures, Inc., which he sold to 3Dlabs. While at ATI and AMD he drove an increase in market share from 12% to 47% in less than 2 years, while also delivering a 5X growth in revenue by delivering innovative products, driving direct sales engagement and marketing programs that reinvigorated enterprise sales. Prior to joining SAP he has been in leadership roles at startups in virtualization, big data and distributed computing with a heavy emphasis on building Cloud infrastructure and platforms. He has captured over $30MM in venture funding in his entrepreneurial career.

Dinesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic Engineering from University of Liverpool, UK. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and two small children.
