John Mak has been in the IT industry for over twenty years. He started off his career as a telecom engineer in Hong Kong Telecom in 1993. Tim Chan Managing Director SingTel China & Taiwan
Tim Chan was appointed Managing Director, SingTel Taiwan in April 2007. In October 2010, Mr. Chan was also appointed as the Managing Director of SingTel China and leads the team to plan and execute global network set up projects for companies from China mainland, Taiwan and Europe.
To serve the globalisation needs of corporate clients, Mr. Chan pioneered several projects. For instance, he was the first to organise multinational webinar in Taiwan, Vietnam and China mainland, which promoted the direct communication among Taiwan companies, local telecom dealers and network equipment vendors and helped those newly founded companies to set up the communication system in their Taiwan headquarters in a short time. He also advocates corporate network and bandwidth optimisation, WAN equipment outsourcing, as well as the use of international cloud service to companies for higher productivity and better business performance.
Mr. Chan started his career in marketing and had several years of experience in domestic advertisement, PR and marketing consulting companies. Mr. Chan holds a master degree for International Corporate Management and certification of integration marketing from University of California,Berkeley.

As Director, Enterprise Managed Data Services for International countries, Robin Seow is responsible for the Singtel and NCS suite of managed services business in these markets. Robin brings with him 20-year experience in the technologies and innovation industries and has held leadership roles where he has made significant impact.
